  • Development of yearly social strategy: Using social listening and qual research to establish content themes, TOV, messaging pillars and platforms that deliver to audience needs.

  • Develop consumer journey maps and communication frameworks for 360-degree campaigns, collaborating with IMC partners to ensure execution across multiple touchpoints

  • Develop and execute strategic cross-channel media plans - strategy informed by consumer insights and media behaviors as well as category and business context.
